Adult Portraits
Journalistically, people photography has always been Ashley's "thing" and he has photographed hundreds of diverse characters over the years - from James Brown to Gordon Brown and all points in-between.
Portrait sessions make a wonderful memento for a special birthday or anniversary, or can be done as part of a family shoot.
It is also worth considering the grandparents in this. They so often scurry off as soon as the camera comes out. A really beautiful portrait will be something to cherish, or consider involving them in a family shoot.
They're more than likely to protest but we would say it is worth persuading them, as in our experience those cross-generational images are the ones that end up as everybody's favourite.
